Refund Policy

ThisPrank offers AI-generated image editing as a digital service. Because outputs are generated and delivered instantly upon request, the nature of this product differs from physical goods or conventional software licenses.

Our general policy is that all purchases are final once a generation has been successfully completed and delivered. This is standard practice for AI content generation services and is consistent with consumer protection frameworks for digital goods in most jurisdictions.

However, we recognize that circumstances arise where a refund is the right outcome. This policy describes exactly when we will and will not issue refunds, and how to request one.

• Credit Packs — One-time purchases of generation credits usable at any time
• Pay-Per-Generation — Individual generation charges outside of a credit pack

All payments are processed securely by our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments. They handle payment processing and billing inquiries.

Generation credits purchased as one-time packs are generally non-refundable once any credits from the pack have been used. Unused credits from a pack may be considered for a refund on a case-by-case basis if requested within 7 days of purchase.

Credits are:

• Non-transferable between accounts
• Non-exchangeable for cash
• Valid for 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise stated
• Forfeited upon account termination for Terms of Service violations

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law. In particular, if you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal for certain digital purchases under applicable law (e.g., EU Consumer Rights Directive, UK Consumer Contracts Regulations).
